TradeFlow AI is operated by Alexandru Eugen Iacovici trading as Iacovici.it. We process account, business, customer, job, quote, invoice, payment, and email delivery data to provide the service.

Data is used for account security, dashboard functionality, email delivery, billing, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use PostgreSQL hosting through our infrastructure, Mailgun for transactional email, Stripe for billing, and OpenRouter for human-reviewed AI drafting.

Users should not upload sensitive special-category data unless it is necessary for their own lawful business records. AI drafting is assistive and should be reviewed before sending to any customer.
