Refund and Subscription Policy

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past paid periods.

Setup fees cover hands-on configuration work and are normally non-refundable once setup work has started, except where consumer or statutory rights require otherwise.
